Junior IT Project Manager

HSPI S.p.A., a leading management consulting firm in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking to strengthen its team at the Bologna office by hiring a Junior IT Project Manager.
The selected candidate will be involved in innovative IT projects in the Insurance sector, supporting the team in the governance of Enterprise DevOps platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and management activities
- Update planning tools (Gantt charts, milestones, activity plans)
- Support Agile/Scrum activities and backlog management using Jira
- Prepare project documentation and reporting
- Support communication with clients and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, activities, and deadlines
- Assist with activities related to DevOps and CI/CD processes
Required Skills:
- Degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields)
- Basic knowledge of Project Management and Agile frameworks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of Jira
- Excellent knowledge of Claude
- Good command of the English language

The position offers a permanent employment contract , CCNL Commercio, with a RAL ranging from €25.000 to €29.000.
