Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about home appliances via phone, email, and chat with precision and professionalism.
- Provide helpful, accurate, and timely product information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with troubleshooting, product recommendations, and order management.
- Stay updated on product offerings, ensuring customers receive the best service possible.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
What Were Looking For
- Fluent proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2) (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on making every interaction positive.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the Home Appliances industry, is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a solution-focused mindset.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
