Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, a 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Milan, is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to join its staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising the shift and ensuring operational efficiency during service;
- Managing department resources and maintaining LQA operational standards;
- Procuring supplies in collaboration with the economics office;
- Creating periodic staff schedules and coordinating with collaborators.

The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role and context;
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
- Strong English language skills;
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude;
- The ability to work well in a team and achieve goals.





Additional requirements include precision, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the Micros program. Residence or domicile in the local area is a plus.
