PPG's Caivano Plant seeks an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering projects aimed at process optimization, cost and energy reductions, and safe, reliable plant operations. The role drives CAPEX planning and modernization while overseeing Energy Management under ISO 50001 and Process Safety Management across the site.
You will manage asset reliability, support production with technical expertise, and coach a multi-disciplinary team within the Plant Leadership Team.
