Ferrero Health & Safety is seeking a Training & Campaigns Specialist based in Alba, Piedmont. You will implement training programs, ensure compliance, and support safety campaigns and wellbeing initiatives across Italy, aligning with the Training & Learning Department.
You will lead development of training plans, materials and digital learning solutions, monitor effectiveness, and collaborate with external providers to maintain a proactive safety culture across production sites and business
