The successful candidate will act as the technical and hierarchical reference for a small multidisciplinary team within a larger organizational structure, ensuring the delivery and continuous improvement of high-fidelity simulation solutions for engineering purposes.Key Responsibilities* Coordinate and lead the activities related to the development, integration, and maintenance of a rotary-wing flight simulator.* Act as technical leader and hierarchical manager for a small team, ensuring alignment with program objectives and company standards.* Contribute directly to the development of simulation software, including models, tools,
and supporting applications.* Define, develop, and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICD) and technical specifications for simulator subsystems.* Manage and coordinate internal and external suppliers, overseeing software and hardware development activities, technical compliance, planning, and deliverables.* Interface with other departments (engineering, training, IT...) within a larger organizational structure.* Support simulator validation, qualification, and acceptance activities.* Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving within the team.Required Experience and Qualifications* Exper/Senior - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the flight simulation domain, preferably on rotary-wing (helicopter) simulators; 10+ years of experience is highly desirable.* Solid background in flight simulation systems, real-time architectures, and simulator environments.* Proven experience in s
