The team works in a high-tech semiconductor environment and collaborates with global engineering and quality partners to support root cause identification and product quality improvement.Position OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and diligent Failure Analysis Technician to support Physical Failure Analysis activities in a laboratory environment. The role focuses on hands-on execution of sample preparation, diagnostic tool operation,



electrical characterization support, data documentation, and structured tracking of analysis activities. The position also contributes to tracking laboratory performance metrics, data quality, equipment care, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities* Execute Physical Failure Analysis tasks to support root cause investigation of memories failures.* Perform sample preparation activities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and safe handling of samples.* Conduct electrical characterization activities, such as curve trace, and support correlation with physical analysis results.* Collect, document, and track analysis data, ensuring completeness and traceability.* Support laboratory performance metrics monitoring.* Collaborate with engineers and multi-functional team members to ensure timely analysis execution and clear communication of results.* Maintain laboratory safety standards,
