Senior Specialist, Affiliate & Influencers at N26 About the role We are seeking a results-oriented professional to manage our affiliate and influencer marketing expansion within the Italian market. You will oversee strategic partnerships and performance marketing operations to drive user acquisition and brand growth.

What you'll do Define and execute affiliate and influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Italian market.
Manage daily operations including pipeline development, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.
Analyze acquisition costs, profitability, and retention to provide actionable insights for growth.
Report on channel performance during weekly and monthly steering meetings.
Optimize marketing processes for tracking, attribution, and budget management.
Ensure all content remains compliant with internal controls.
Launch co-marketing campaigns and offline initiatives such as events and media placements.
Coordinate with external experts to build brand awareness and thought leadership.




Requirements 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or agency environments.
2+ years of direct experience managing affiliate and influencer programs.
Proven ability to build and scale partner networks in Italy.
Expert-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
Strong negotiation skills regarding CPA, CPL, and commission structures.
Professional fluency in Italian and English.
Nice to have Experience in the fintech or banking sectors.
