Junior Sales Executive at InterSystems
About the role We are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of InterSystems' Healthcare business in the North-East region of Italy. The role involves engaging with healthcare organizations, understanding their needs, and promoting InterSystems' healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Healthcare IT, an interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital health, and a desire to develop a career in enterprise software sales.

What you'll do Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities within healthcare organizations in the North-East of Italy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, regional health authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners.
Understand client needs and present InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including electronic medical records, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies.




Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public tenders and procurement processes.
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline to support regional sales targets.
Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or related fields.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales.
Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health landscape.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in healthcare.
Knowledge of Italian public procurement regulations and tender processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability
