Manager / Team Leader In this role you drive profitable growth for Siemens Smart Buildings in the Triveneto region, leading both direct and indirect sales channels and strengthening the partner ecosystem. Lead all sales activities in the area coordinating with Regional Account Managers, Vertical Market Managers, Sales Agents, Planner Offices and stakeholders
Develop and execute account plans to acquire new strategic customers and expand presence in key accounts
Promote Siemens' portfolio of digital, energy efficiency, and sustainability solutions to support decarbonization and ESG goals
Ensure pipeline management, forecasting accuracy,
and CRM discipline to improve commercial performance
Build and develop the Buildings sales organization within the area, including direct sales teams and sales agents
Strengthen relationships with partners, consultants, planners, system integrators and market influencers to enhance opportunities and market coverage
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, customer centricity, collaboration, and continuous learning
Technical educational background (Degree or Diploma)
Minimum 8 years in Building Automation, HVAC, or Smart Building market with at least 5 years in sales in the Triveneto area
Proven track record of profitable growth and leading transformation initiatives
Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels including partner/ecosystem management
Fluent Italian and English
Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop growth strategies and drive results
