Field Sales Territory Manager at SumUp. About the role SumUp is on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Field Sales Territory Manager to oversee and grow our sales initiatives in the Calabria region. This role is pivotal as you will be actively engaging with a team of sales representatives, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to enhance the adoption of our payment solutions among local merchants.

What you'll do Lead and mentor a dedicated team of around 10 Field Sales Representatives, joining them on-site for live sales interactions and providing real-time coaching.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory, focusing on identifying high-potential areas to expand our merchant network throughout Calabria.
Monitor and evaluate team performance by establishing clear targets, tracking essential metrics, and holding weekly alignment meetings to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Work closely with central departments to enhance incentive programs and relay valuable market insights back to the organization.
Uphold exceptional standards for brand representation and sales quality during every interaction with merchants, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
Foster strong relationships with local merchants, understanding their needs and how SumUp's solutions can address them effectively.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the field.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your own skills and those of your team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet sales goals.
Utilize CRM tools and other sales technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Report on sales activities and results to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Engage in regular networking activities within the local business community to promote SumUp and its offerings
