Mandatory: Proven experience managing HSE activities in active worksite environments, with responsibility for site safety, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management.

University Degree in technical studies. Engineering background would be preferred.
Previous experience in complex construction sites
Previous HSE management in multi-contractor environments




Experience in translating policies and standards into operational plans
Development and implementation of Project / Site HSE Management Plans
Specific training in Health & Safety or relevant certifications
Fluency in Italian and English is required
Compensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary: €75.000,00.
Position Summary
Ensure excellence in safety, health and environmental sustainability during construction. Develop and communicate the Project HSE Management Plan and ensure its effective implementation. Monitor site standards, recognise good performance and challenge and address poor performance. Communicate with local authorities and communities as well as Nestlé management.

Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and Nestlé HSE standards and principles by ensuring HSE is integrated into project planning, operational review
