Technical Buyer

As Technical Buyer your mission is to manage the relationships with the suppliers, within certain components commodities assigned, in an active way, ensuring that the base of selected suppliers meet and exceed the requirements in terms of sustainability, quality, price and time to deliver . In this position you will report to the Team Leader Purchasing.
You will be responsible:
Developing a network of Suppliers capable of supporting current needs and strategic goals
Steering Suppliers selection processes with cost analyses (based on total cost of ownership)
Leading negotiations and negotiating supply agreements
Identifying product and/or process optimization, leading to cost reductions
Following-up suppliers' performances and working on continuous improvement plans
Working on new Product development projects together with colleagues from Engineering department and leading Your own purchasing projects
