MAIN PURPOSE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a team dedicated to short-term planning activities, from the cutting department to the scheduling of weekly finished product deliveries, and will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the flow of materials and information, ensuring the efficient delivery of our products.
The Production Planning Manager will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging and international environment and on engaging projects.

Key Responsibilities
Ensures production launch planning, workload optimization across departments, and material availability checks
Communicate with Central Planning to respect priorities and urgencies




Monitors delivery progress and prepares detailed reports to be shared with the Production Manager and Production Director
Holds responsibility for the raw material and finished product
Actively participates in ongoing transformation projects, specifically regarding repair management and lead time reduction projects
Profile
Keys for success
Education
Master's degree in Engineering or similar
Experience
Position requires minimum 3 years of experience as Production Planner
Nice to have an experience in Supply Chain Field
Experience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
Detail oriented, highly organized, agile
Excellent organizational and interpersonal attitudes
Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills
Advanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems)
Languages
Fluent in Italian and English, ad
