IKEA Milazzo is seeking a results‐driven sales leader to own unit performance and drive commercial excellence across channels. You will steer top-selling products, align actions with country priorities and monitor KPIs to address opportunities and risks in a fast-changing environment.
You will collaborate with the Store Commercial Team and Service Office to ensure strong alignment, recruit and develop the team, and foster a sales mindset with strong product knowledge and service competence.
