Sales Development Representative

Engagement: Full-time, On-site. Salary: 25,600 to 35,200 EUR gross annual base salary (RAL). Team: Sales.
What you'll do Identify and cultivate new business opportunities specifically tailored for the European market.
Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Flexport's services through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Observe and learn from Account Executives during client meetings to enhance your consultative sales capabilities.
Engage in comprehensive internal training programs aimed at equipping you for future positions such as Account Executive or Account Manager.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM system to ensure follow-up and tracking of leads.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine our sales approach and improve service offerings.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent Flexport and expand your professional network.




Provide feedback to product and service teams based on customer interactions to help shape future offerings.
Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career trajectory within the company.
Requirements A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Previous experience in a commercial or sales role is preferred.
Proficiency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
High energy levels and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
Strong ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Nice to have Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Previous exposure to consultative sales techniques.
Multilingual abilities beyond Italian and English.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in prior roles.
