The Cluster Sales Executive is responsible for business development and revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers, the management of the existing portfolio and the consolidation of relationships with companies, agencies, tour operators and other business partners. The main objective of the position is to maximize the revenues of the hotels that are part of the cluster. The Sales Executive Cluster works closely with the Sales Department and General Management and the operational departments to ensure that sales targets are achieved and customer satisfaction is maximized. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and achieve turnover targets. Identify new business contacts and potential development markets in Italy and abroad in the Corporate, MICE, Leisure and Groups segments. Organize visits to new customers,
manage and retain the existing customer portfolio through visits, meetings and follow-up activities. Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts and monitor their execution. Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability. Participate in trade fairs, workshops and trade events. Maintain accurate reports of your business with business information, pipelines, and activities performed. Analyze sales performance, revenue projections by providing regular and detailed reports. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop commercial and promotional initiatives. Collaborate with the Events Team to plan, coordinate and execute events, meetings and conferences held at the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist in the development of sales materials, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales activities.
