Sisal is seeking an Affiliate Analyst Trainee motivated to grow professionally and develop expertise in a data-driven environment. You will join the Analysis Affiliation team to support analytical activities.
What you’ll do
- Analyze affiliate partner performance through quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Evaluate affiliate profitability considering costs, incentives, and margins
- Produce ad-hoc analyses to identify and report anomalies or performance drops
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Integrate data from affiliate platforms, analytics tools, and internal databases
- Define requirements for customized dashboards in Qlik
- Prepare slides, presentations,



and summary reports

What you’ll bring
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of the regulated gaming industry is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving approach
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and structured information
