Junior Sales Executive at InterSystems
About the role
We are looking for a proactive Junior Sales Executive to support the growth of InterSystems' Healthcare business in the North-East region of Italy. The role involves engaging with healthcare organizations, understanding their needs, and promoting InterSystems' healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Healthcare IT, an interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital health, and a desire to develop a career in enterprise software sales.

What you'll do
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities within healthcare organizations in the North-East of Italy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, regional health authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners.
- Understand client needs and present InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including electronic medical records, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies.




- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public tenders and procurement processes.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline to support regional sales targets.
- Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Between 2 and 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales.
- Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health landscape.
- Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its applications in healthcare.
- Knowledge of Italian public procurement regulations and tender processes.
