POSITION- AI TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER

We are looking for an innovative curious and tech savvy person, to join our Group IT team.
the person will lead the enterprise‑wide AI transformation—translating strategy into measurable outcomes by redesigning work, operating models, and capabilities so humans and machines deliver faster, safer,



and higher‑quality results at scale. Champion responsible AI, foster cross‑functional orchestration, and build the skills, culture, and governance needed for sustainable value.
Whatyouwilldo:

-
- Strategy & Roadmap : Define the AI vision, value case, and multi‑year roadmap aligned to business strategy and P&L; priorities.
- Use‑Case Portfolio : Prioritize, pilot, and scale high‑impact AI use cases (genAI, agents, automation, analytics) with clear KPIs and benefits tracking.
- Operating Model : In close cooperation with the AI “process facilitators”, redesign workflows, roles, and decision rights for human × machine collaboration (e.g., when AI acts as assistant, coach, collaborator, or autonomous agent).
- Governance & Risk : Together with the Legal Dept., stand up AI governance (ethics, safety, bias, privacy, lineage, audit trails), define escalation/override rules, and ensure regulatory compliance.
