About The Role
For those interested in immersing themselves in a professional and aspirational environment that supports your success and ongoing learning and development, we welcome applications for a permanent, full-time English & Humanities Teacher in Years 7-12 commencing in 2027. Applicants must have a positive attitude and a proven record of excellence in teaching that incorporates evidenced-based practice in an engaging and supportive manner. Teachers at Geelong Grammar School are required to be actively involved in our pastoral care and co-curricular programmes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting the collaborative design of the Years 7-12 curriculum across English and Humanities
- Contributing to co-curricular programs and broader initiatives across the School’s campuses
- Participating in professional learning, reflective practice and continuous improvement activities
- Undertaking administrative, organisational and supervisory requirements
- Enabling student wellbeing through pastoral care, relationship building and active engagement with families
- Other duties as required commensurate with your teaching role
What We Are Looking For
- An experienced educator with a strong teaching background in middle and/or senior years
- The ability to teach a combination of English and Humanities
- Passionate about contemporary pedagogy and adolesce
