Description
Amazon Ads is seeking a Manager for the Account Management Team in Milan for our Advertising business.
The person will manage a team composed Account Managers (AMs). You will be in charge of achieving the revenue targets and the other organizational goals.
We are seeking someone with proven business acumen, sales and people management skills who thrives in ambiguous situations and enjoys challenging revenue targets. You will possess analytical skills and will be a self-starter,



able to find solutions without guidance.
Internally, this role will partner closely across a number of teams including Account Executives, Retail, Product, Tech and Creative. Externally, you will manage and coach the team to be strategic consultants for their clients and will support them in complex client negotiations with clients and agencies.
You will leverage your experience and judgment to define organizational strategy, processes, tools, and incentives to maximize ROI and accelerate growth. You will drive execution of team strategy, ensuring that your team is consistently delivering measurable results in advertiser satisfaction, YoY revenue growth, renewal rates and other operational quality metrics.
