Role Description This full-time Sales Account Manager role is based in Arezzo with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with the option to work from home part of the time. The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, build long-term relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and presenting IT solutions aligned with client needs.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to support service delivery, monitoring account performance, and proactively addressing customer concerns. The Sales Account Manager will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, report on sales activities, and contribute to sales forecasts and planning.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with experience maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and building a sales pipeline.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain IT solutions clearly.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Arezzo, with the ability to collaborate
