Become a part of satispay as a Legal Counsel, where you will oversee and strategize the management of commercial agreements across various sectors of the business. This position requires you to take charge of legal matters from the initial drafting phase to the final execution stage for a range of partnerships and operational requirements. You will also play a key role in enhancing legal processes by leveraging digital tools and innovative solutions.

What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate intricate B2B agreements that cater to different satispay business lines, including contracts for merchants and employers related to payment services and corporate welfare initiatives.
- Structure, oversee, and manage strategic partnerships from inception through to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are thoroughly addressed.




- Provide legal counsel on technology agreements, SaaS contracts, procurement deals, and supplier arrangements, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with the Tender Manager to address legal considerations during procurement processes, including the review and negotiation of tender documents and contracts.
- Offer advice on, draft, and negotiate contracts related to marketing initiatives, advertising, co-branding efforts, and agency partnerships.
- Spearhead enhancements in contract templates, legal workflows, and the automation of negotiations by utilizing AI-driven tools to streamline processes.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between legal strategies and business objectives, fostering a collaborative work environment.
