About the role
Doctolib is on the lookout for a Field Sales Partner to spearhead commercial expansion within the healthcare sector throughout Tuscany. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the main liaison for medical institutions, overseeing the entire sales process while contributing to the modernization of healthcare access and enhancing provider workflows.

- Salary: 47,000 - 57,000 EUR gross annual total package (including performance-based premio)

What you’ll do
- Initiate new business opportunities by reaching out to medical centers and clinics through various communication channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Assess potential clients by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their unique organizational requirements.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations that cater to the specific needs of healthcare professionals and patients alike.
- Oversee the entire negotiation process,



from the initial proposal stage to the final contract signing.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless transition for newly acquired clients.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping in the CRM system while tracking essential performance metrics such as conversion rates and the duration of the sales cycle.
- Provide insights and share best practices with the sales team to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends, ensuring you remain a knowledgeable resource for clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Doctolib's solutions.
