Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Senior Scrum Master in one of our opportunities in the Technology industry in Italy ?

Your missions?
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and support Agile teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices.
- Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
- Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.

✍️ Your profile?
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)



is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Iot tecnology
- Knowledge of English and Italian at C1 level is required.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic and international environment.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with Agile transformation initiatives and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar would be a plus.
