Responsibilities：
- Own full-spectrum Italian tax work covering VAT, IRES, IRAP, stamp duty, withholding tax and other statutory taxes; build and optimize the local tax management system.
- Manage full-cycle tax compliance including calculation, filing, payment, reconciliation and year-end closing to ensure legal compliance and zero major tax risks.
- Oversee external tax consultants and accounting firms: design annual cooperation plans, review deliverables, control service quality and costs to prevent outsourcing-related compliance gaps.
- Monitor and interpret Italian tax policy updates, deliver internal training and risk briefings, issue periodic analysis reports and adjust corporate tax strategies timely.
- Take charge of tax authority audits and inspections: prepare supporting documents, lead communication and negotiation to resolve tax disputes and inspection risks.
- Collaborate with accounting, business and management teams to standardize tax accounting workflows, assess risks of new projects and cross-border transactions, and offer tax advice for business decisions.




- Conduct lawful tax planning by utilizing local preferential policies to optimize overall tax burden and deliver tangible tax benefits.
- Develop the tax risk control system, identify hidden compliance risks, roll out corrective and preventive measures, and submit regular tax risk assessment reports.
- Complete tax statistics, analysis and annual summaries to support group financial closing, external audits and financial reporting requirements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Auditing or related fields.
2. 5+ years corporate tax experience, including 3+ years end-to-end Italian local tax independent management experience; experience with 100M+ revenue European enterprises is a plus.
3. Solid expertise in Italian VAT, IRES, IRAP and local tax compliance processes, with full familiarity with local tax declaration and tax audit procedures.
