Your tasks
- Utilize your sales expertise to help you and your team create a customer-centric atmosphere and deliver excellent service on the shop floor
- Ensure appealing visual merchandising with a focus on brand-aligned product presentation
- Ensure smooth processes in product handling and create strategic product placement
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming sales floor environment
- Guide and motivate employees in day-to-day operations while fostering an engaged, customer-oriented team culture
- Take on administrative tasks and support internal trainings to enhance operational processes and contribute to the team’s development

Our Requirements
- Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in streetwear, footwear, sporting goods,



or accessories
- Strong sales orientation combined with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and respond to them individually
- Openness to new ideas and a desire for continuous development and improvement of the work environment
- Strong team and communication skills, along with the ability to handle criticism and resolve conflicts
- Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent command of the local language and English, both written and spoken
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, flexibility, and reliability
- Interest in our core sports, current scene trends, and product knowledge is an advantage
