In this role, you will handle B2B accounts across business, education, and leisure, turning hot opportunities into confirmed bookings with speed and precision. You will spend your days keeping partners happy, managing Salesforce data, and working alongside our Revenue and Community teams to keep our spaces buzzing. Build lasting relationships with business, education, and leisure partners to drive repeat bookings.
Draft and process rate agreements, proposals, and contracts with sharp accuracy.
Keep partner data clean and current in Salesforce and internal systems.
Check in regularly with key accounts to spot renewal and upselling opportunities.
Keep an eye on local market rates to keep our offers attractive and smart.
Join in on local community events to keep our partner network thriving.
