This Position Reports To

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and driven PMO Lead - Project Coordinator to run the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Robotics Operating System (RO‑OS). In this role,
you will ensure that RO‑OS program activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with strategic OS priorities.
You will build the PMO structure from the ground up—establishing governance, standards, reporting practices, and performance metrics. You will support cross‑functional teams with coordination and administrative tasks, consolidate program insights for leadership, and provide executive‑level visibility to enable informed decision‑making. As a central point of alignment, you will foster collaboration, guide teams, and help shape a high‑performing operational environment.
