Lead end-to-end logistics operations across Huber AgroSolutions in EMEA and APAC, ensuring cost efficiency,



service excellence and alignment with business priorities. Drive operational performance, strategic logistics initiatives and the implementation of advanced logistics solutions, including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), to support business growth and customer satisfaction. This role is part of a global logistics team focused on functional excellence.
Lead end-to-end logistics operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring efficient, reliable and cost-effective transport, warehousing and distribution.
Drive logistics performance by monitoring KPIs, improving service levels, OTIF, lead times and operational efficiency.
Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics execution with business priorities and customer expectations.
Own the logistics budget and identify opportunities to optimize transport networks, warehousing, carrier performance and overall logistics costs.
