The Sales Desk Manager is responsible for driving the dealership’s sales performance by managing deal structure, desking transactions, coaching sales consultants, and ensuring profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role serves as a key leader within the sales department, partnering closely with the General Sales Manager, Finance & Insurance team,



and sales staff to maximize vehicle sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
Desk and structure new and pre-owned vehicle deals to achieve sales and profitability objectives.
Work directly with customers when needed to assist sales consultants in closing vehicle sales.
Review and approve all sales transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
Partner with Finance & Insurance Managers to maximize product penetration and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage daily sales activity, lead performance, appointments, and showroom traffic.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales consultants to improve closing ratios, gross profit, and customer experience scores.
Ensure all CRM activities, prospect follow-up, and customer communications are completed effectively.
Analyze market conditions, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to remain competitive.
Collaborate with leadership on inventory management, aging unit
