The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recently graduated to gain hands‑on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the day-to-day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met.
- Participating in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations.
- Collecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Learning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
