The Area Manager will be responsible for supervising, coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of their area of responsibility, whilst ensuring that the operational, commercial and quality objectives set by the company are met.

They will also drive team development, continuous process improvement and the effective implementation of the company’s strategy within their assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of commercial and operational objective
- Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvement measure
- Lead, motivate and develop managers and teams at each centre
- Ensure a positive customer experience and high service quality
- Coordinate new openings, operational changes or new projects within your area
- Monitor budgets, costs and productivity
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and employment regulation
- Maintain open communication between the centres and senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation
