Business Controller

We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team within the Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

How you make the difference

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Business Controlling team, contributing to financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support for the Business Unit.

What Your Agenda Looks Like
- Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for your perimeter;
- Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results;
- Analyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances;
- Prepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems.

Your Team

You will report directly to our Finance Senior Manager.





What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
- Experience: at least 4 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Excel; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required
