Saipem is seeking a Proposal Engineer to join their Drilling & Sonsub Business Line in Milan. This role involves preparing proposals, developing cost estimates, and managing project risks. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
