CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Capacity Management Specialist within the Purchasing Agricultural organization. You will manage supplier capacity, support production feasibility, and drive improvements across the supply chain to prevent disruptions.

Responsibilities include monitoring supplier performance, organizing surveys, and collaborating with Product Development to identify bottlenecks and actions. Willingness to travel and work in a multinational environment is preferred.
