The Program Manager is a key role within the Consulting Services team. The Program Manager is responsible for managing the execution of electronic design services projects. We are seeking a leader, with a successful track record for building customer loyalty through clear and consistent delivery.
Key Responsibilities




- Collaborate strategically with account teams and Technical leads to drive successful sales campaigns and identify new business opportunities.
- Use services offering based input forms to capture Customer objectives and requirements
- Lead the technical scoping process with assigned technical leads, translating customer requirements into comprehensive project effort estimates and compelling project proposals.
- Develop, maintain, and adapt comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables, using industry-standard project management tools.
- Oversee and drive project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and customer expectations, while proactively managing dependencies and roadblocks.
- Implement and manage robust project governance frameworks, tracking key performance indicators (important metrics), and providing clear, data-driven reports to partners on project status, risks, and progress.
