- Support in defining and leading digital commercial strategy to maximize sales and performance across eCommerce platforms.
- Coordinate the Digital Store eCommerce Traders and Assistants team, ensuring effective management of daily activities, priorities, and capability development.
- Oversee daily performance of digital platforms, ensuring commercial freshness, the right promotional balance, and a strong customer experience.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Social, and Digital Content to develop campaigns, commercial themes, and promotions aligned with business goals.
- Analyze performance, customer insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, new commercial concepts,



and areas for continuous improvement.
- Share best practices and results with local and international stakeholders, fostering alignment, innovation, and acceleration of the digital business.
- Help drive the long‐term expansion of the online channel through the development of new commercial opportunities and a stronger omnichannel strategy.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital environment (ideally multi‐channel), online sales, retail/merchandising, and eCommerce trading.
- Experience managing people and structured teams in international environments.
- Strong leadership, people management, and cross‐functional/cross‐market collaboration skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with excellent knowledge of key digital KPIs (Conversion Rate, Session/Bounce Rate, CTR, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of the main digital
