JUNIOR CRM SALES SPECIALIST

The candidate will support sales activities through effective CRM management, data analysis, and customer engagement, contributing to business growth and improved sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency;
Support the sales team by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions;
Analyze sales data and customer trends to provide actionable insights;
Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance;
Collaborate with Sales and other departments to optimize customer journeys;
Assist in the implementation and improvement of CRM processes and workflows;
Ensure data quality and compliance with internal guidelines;
Provide support and guidance to users on CRM tools when needed.
Requisiti 1–2 years of experience in CRM,



Sales Operations, Sales Analyst or a similar role;
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
Familiarity with CRM systems;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus;
Basic knowledge of SQL ;
Experience in data visualization and reporting;
Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
