Rocco Resistente Hotels is seeking a Regional Director of Group Sales to lead the Proactive Group Sales and Group & Event Sales teams across Northern and Southern Italy.
Working with Area Directors of Sales and hotel leadership, you will define and execute the regional Group Sales strategy to maximise revenue, market share and profitability.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in luxury sales leadership, a proven track record of growing key accounts, and fluent English with willingness to travel.
