Job Summary: The Double Quick Deli Assistant Manager supports deli operations by ensuring food quality, safety, and service standards are consistently met. This position assists with training and supervising team members,



maintaining inventory and food costs, and upholding Refuel's commitment to providing guests with fresh, high-quality products in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Job Duties And Responsibilities Support daily deli operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Train, coach, and supervise team members to deliver quality products and excellent guest service.
Oversee food preparation, product presentation, and inventory control to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
Manage ordering, vendor deliveries, and cost controls to achieve financial goals.
Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas, including regular equipment and display inspections.
