The role of Associate Financial AgencyLAS is looking for an Associate to join the team in managing agency and credit servicing activities, focusing on executing financial transactions and supporting restructuring and distressed situations. The role combines transaction management, operational execution and stakeholder coordination, offering broad visibility across complex financing structures and direct interaction with lenders, borrowers and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Agency support on performing financing transactions (e.g. loan agency, security agency, facility agency)




- Support monitoring and management activities for private debt and UTP credit funds throughout their entire lifecycle
- Assist in organizing operational activities related to data remediation and data quality for the credit portfolio
- Oversee and review activities performed by Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Monitor the progress of the project and update the senior team
- Prepare and organize documentation for periodic client update meetings
- Manage day‐time operational aspects of live transactions
- Support and oversee the onboarding of new mandates, including the review of transaction documentation and calculations within the management system
- Monitor contractual obligations, key dates and milestones
- Coordinate with lenders, borrowers, legal advisors and other transaction parties
- Support and check drawdowns, repayments, calculations, amendments and waivers
- Maintain and update transaction records, reporting and data repositories
- Assist in portfolio monitoring and periodic reporting activi
