This position is responsible for building good relationships with prospective businesses, organizations, and distributors, communicating with internal teams, participating in budget planning, and providing customer service to a variety of customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on fundraising and business gifting opportunities
- Participate in budget planning
- Respond to customers by email / phone
- Manage replacement and refund orders
- Stay informed on marketing strategies, attend trade shows, and conduct research

About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Team player with ability to work cross‐functionally with multiple internal departments
- Attention to detail, organized, and able to multi‐task
- Ability to travel to trade shows as needed

The base compensation range for this position is $46,065 - 61,421. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‐related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
