One of our clients are looking for a Art Director to work as part of their creative team in Milan on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative individual who can work as part of a team reporting into the Senior Art Director and wider team to assist in the visual campaigns and assist in bringing inspiring ideas to life.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Working as part of the team on the creative development and execution of campaigns, from initial concept through to final delivery.
- Working on engaging visual stories that connect with audiences.
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all creative touch points.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new creative approaches
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and wider business teams to deliver effective and inspiring work with the rest of the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in creative roles, with a background in Art Direction and Design ideally from a fashion background.
- Proven experience creating successful campaigns as part of a team, ideally within fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or a creative industry.
- A keen eye and understanding of visual storytelling, creative strategy, and design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing creative boundaries.
The successful candidate will play a role in assisting with the creative concepts and impactful storytelling and be a solid part of the team. This role is newly created and a great opportunity to join a successful luxury fashion brand working with a superb team of creatives.
This is a permanent role based at their offices full time in Milan.
