Role Overview As an Enterprise Technology & AI Transformation Senior Consultant, you will support clients across industries in the design and delivery of complex enterprise transformations, combining technology strategy, operating model design, process optimization, data and AI capabilities, and transformation governance. You will be a key player in assessing enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes, identifying transformation priorities, value opportunities and execution risks. You will define and evolve enterprise and technology Target Operating Models, shape end-to-end transformation strategies, roadmaps and business cases, and design AI-enabled business and technology operating models.
What You Will Do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing enterprise technology landscapes, operating models, capabilities and processes, identifying transformation priorities, value opportunities and execution risks. You will define and evolve enterprise and technology Target Operating Models, shape end-to-end transformation strategies,
roadmaps and business cases, and design AI-enabled business and technology operating models.
Why It Might Be a Fit To be a fit for this role, you will have 3–6+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, IT strategy, operating model design, digital transformation, enterprise architecture or complex change programs. You will have a solid understanding of enterprise technology domains such as cloud, data platforms, integration, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, software delivery and technology operations. You will also have practical knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts, use-case assessment, implementation lifecycle, responsible AI, governance, adoption and value measurement.
