Position Title: Legal Counsel, Italy (Full-Time, Fixed-Term Maternity Cover – 12 months) Department: Corporate Legal Reports To: Senior Legal Counsel - Italy Employer: CFT SpA (ATS Group) Annual Gross Salary Range: EUR 80,000 – EUR 90,000 per year; the salary is determined based on the candidate's experience, skills and seniority, in line with the Company's internal compensation framework and the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria).
Employment Classification: Quadro, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro – CCNL Industria) and the Company's policies.
Work Location: Parma, Italy, with a hybrid working arrangement in accordance with the Company's Lavoro da remoto Policy. Occasional travel within Italy and abroad may be required.
