Job Description

The Italy Knowledge and Information Team (K&I;) is responsible for identifying, capturing, utilizing, and sharing legal knowledge and expertise across the Firm.

The Team Primarily Oversees

Training: Organizing periodic seminars, induction sessions, and training events for internal Fee Earners and clients.
Library and Research Support: Managing databases and providing research assistance.
Legislative Updates: Collecting and distributing updates, news, and guidelines from relevant authorities.
Knowhow and Templates: Gathering legal precedents and producing/updating templates.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with all our Global Product Group—Antitrust & Trade, Capital Markets, Corporate Transaction & Advisory, Debt Finance, Disputes, Funds & Asset Management, Private Equity, Project Development & Finance, Real Estate, Restructuring and Insolvency, Structured Finance, Tax, Pension, Employment & Incentives —through jurisprudential and doctrinal research. You may also serve as a point of reference in the library,



assisting with tools like X-lege and helping locate collections.

This experience will help you develop exceptional organizational and research skills.

Qualifications

You are ideally at the fourth or at the beginning of fifth year of university, with an excellent academic background and an excellent knowledge of the English language.
You are interested in exploring and approaching an international law firm and deepening your knowledge of the different practices of a firm, with the aim of identifying one of your interests for your future career.
You will be a self-starter but also a team player with strong communication, analytical and drafting skills, able to managing different work-streams.
