In this role you drive revenue growth for the hotel by managing and expanding a core corporate and MICE client portfolio. You partner with on-property teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences while meeting sales targets. You will analyze markets, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain long-term client relationships to support the hotel’s commercial goals. This position suits someone who thrives in a collaborative, target-driven environment and enjoys shaping hospitality sales strategy.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and MICE accounts
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, events, and direct sales
- Collaborate with hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and aligned sales programs
- Conduct market analysis to identify leads and opportunities
- Proactively source MICE and corporate business




- Prepare and deliver timely reports on appointments, calls, and leads for senior management
- Support site inspections, client entertainment, and key customer events
- Maintain self-performance in line with company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in Account Director or Senior Sales Manager or similar
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); other languages a plus
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
