POSITION SCOPE Reporting into the Global Strategic Marketing VP, this role will support the strategic growth and market development of the Solenis LLC for the Light Industry Solutions Business Unit , driving market strategy, customer value propositions, and growth initiatives across light industry water management, process chemistry, sustainability, asset protection, and operational efficiency programs. Tasks And Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the Light Industry Business Unit Strategy.

Lead certain Light Industry sector strategies. Lead and/or support Regional Strategy Activation, including Growth Navigator initiatives, and Sector Playbooks. Define priority sectors and sub-sectors at country, regional, and global levels. Support Executive, RVP, and GSA calls to align and monitor strategy execution. Lead VOC and Blueprinting initiatives for new adjacent markets and technologies. Support M&A; strategy and identify external growth opportunities within the light industrial industry.
